3. Why we use your information

• To process, deliver and support your orders and repairs (performance of a contract)

We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers needed to run the shop, under appropriate safeguards:

• Hosting and storage: Cloudflare

• Delivery: couriers or shipping providers, who receive your name, phone number and address
• Authorities: where we are legally required to do so

Some providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to make sure your data remains protected.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. Analytics and marketing tags (such as Google Analytics or social media pixels), if enabled on this site, load only after you accept cookies in the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, and other personal data for as long as needed for the purposes above. Support tickets and enquiries are kept for a reasonable period after they are closed.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), rate limiting and hashed passwords to protect your data. No online service is completely risk-free; please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your rights

Under applicable UAE data protection law you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent you have given. Contact us using the details below and we will respond to your request. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain.
